The story of a young woman who has been drugged and raped during a night on the town. We follow her through her innocent preparation for an evening out with friends, her night out, her realization that she was drugged and raped, her visit to the doctor the next morning and her courageous negotiation of the murky waters of date rape drugs.

"This is a story that needs to be told" says performer Meghan Gardiner and I could not agree more. This is a difficult topic to discuss and that is probably why these cases so often go unreported. In this production Meghan plays multiple characters and deals with the subject with so much wit, humour and intelligence that any audience will be enwrapped from the first moment. Meghan's skill and smart treatment make it possible for high school audiences to engage in this otherwise difficult conversation and for us to feel comfortable encouraging them to have it.
